Pierre-Vincent Girardin grew up in the family vineyard and wine cellar. Vincent Girardin, founded by his father, was once an important elite wine merchant in Burgundy. Pierre-Vincent has been passionate about growing vines since a very young age and has great respect for the potential they represent; his ambition is to produce his own wine.

In 2017, Pierre-Vincent, who was less than 20 years old, decided to start his own business and create his own wine brand. The first batch of wines launched in 2017 received a lot of praise, and he was called Burgundy's supernova.

The quality of his wines was quickly recognized by connoisseurs all over the world, and this enabled him to expand his activity, focusing primarily on the great white and red wines of the Côte de Beaune.
