In the wine world, there is a kind of wine that does not belong to red wine, white wine, or sparkling wine, and this kind of wine is called "noble rot wine".

GlenDronach distillery located in the Forgue Valley of the East Highlands in Scotland. It was established in 1826 by James Allardice as a 196-year-old distillery. Similar with many small Scottish distilleries, it has gone through years of glory, many changes of owners, closures and rebirths.

And how to classify the corked wine ?

Sparkling Wine can be called Champagne under some circumstances, regulation and the way of fermentation.

Red Wine came from fermentation of dark-skinned grapes, while White Wine is mostly non-colored pulp grapes.
