Petrus is easily Pomerol's most important wine, and is one of the most notable estates in Bordeaux. 

The Merlot-based wine comes from an 11.4-hectare (28-acre) vineyard in the eastern part of the Pomerol appellation, and is known for being rich and powerful. Due to the limited numbers of the Petrus 2003's yearly production, which makes this Petrus 2003 so attractive and precious for wine collectors.

Petrus is one of the world's most collectable and expensive wines.

Nose: Aromas of multidimensional blackberry, plum, smoked meat, leather and mocha are at once vibrant and a little wild.

Mouth: Full-bodied, very velvety, seductive tannins and a finish that lasts for minutes.
