Taketsuru is named after the company’s founder, Masataka Taketsuru, to commemorate his passion and contribution to whiskey. Taketsuru single malt whiskey uses a higher proportion of Miyagikyo malt produced by Yoichi Distillery and is blended with Miyagikyo original sake through exquisite brewing technology.
