Produce intriguing and timeless delicious red wine.

Almaviva's grapes come from Puente Alto, the quintessence of Chile's best Maipo region, where the terroir is ideal for the growth of Bordeaux varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Cabernet Franc. 1996 is the first year to ask the market. In just over ten years, it has established a worldwide reputation, becoming not only one of the best Chilean red wines, but also regarded as a world-class top wine.

The wine label of Almaviva Living Soul Winery is also very special, with a circular pattern on the label representing the earth and the universe in the time of the Mapuche people. The logo appears on a drum used in a religious ceremony, showing the winery's respect for Chilean history and culture. On both sides of this circular pattern, two names are written: "Baron de Rothschild" and "Château de Concha".

===============

The 2019 Vina Almaviva EPU, hailing from the prestigious Puente Alto appellation of Chile's Maipo Valley, is a testament to the region's ability to produce world-class wines. This bold and structured red blend presents an inviting nose with red berry aromas, complemented by hints of thyme and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, boasting silky tannins and good acidity that balance the wine's richness. The palate is graced with red fruit flavors and subtle oak influences, leading to a long and harmonious finish. A year of aging in second-use French oak barrels has imparted a refined complexity to this exquisite wine.
