Louis Jadot is one of Burgundy’s most consistent and celebrated négociants, with a range that is universally adored from its classic Bourgogne to the finest Grand Cru. Established when Louis-Henri Jadot bought the Beaune Premier Cru monopole Clos des Ursules in 1826, the company passed to the Gagey family, who eventually sold it their long-term importer to the US, Kobrand. The company now boasts over 130 hectares of vineyards stretching from Chablis to Beaujolais, but it’s the quality of the wines that have made them a household name.

Louis Jadot Bourgogne Chardonnay 2021

Along with a lovely pale color, this wine has an expressive nose of medium intensity green apple, pear and crushed stone with floral notes. The palate brings forth bright, fresh, citrus fruits with slight tropical notes of apricots and pineapples. Expect balanced, fresh acidity and stony minerality that stems from its sunny southern birthplace.
